THREE ways to collect ONE Stamp
1: Massage / Acupuncture / Osteopathy / Combined Sessions：
Available for self-claim insurance clients only (Direct Billing clients are not eligible).
Receive 1 FREE 60-minute Non-RMT Massage after completing 10 eligible stamps.
2: Referring a new client.
Earn a stamp when you refer a new client who books and completes an eligible appointment with us.
3: Write us good reviews!
Earn a stamp by leaving us a positive review on Google or Yelp.

LOYALTY PROGRAM – Terms & Conditions：
Earning Stamps
- Customers receive one (1) stamp per completed paid massage session of at least 60 minutes.
- Direct billing sessions are not eligible for loyalty stamps.
- Only one stamp may be earned per visit, regardless of service duration beyond 60 minutes.
- Loyalty stamps are not earned on discounted services, gift card purchases, or redeemed reward sessions.
Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards may be redeemed only after the required number of stamps has been fully collected.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Rewards must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be split, transferred, or combined.
- Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless stated otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of payment to receive a stamp.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and previously earned stamps cannot be reissued.
Program Policy
- Yonge Rehab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Loyalty Program.
