Earning Stamps
Customers receive one (1) stamp per completed paid massage session of at least 60 minutes.
Direct billing sessions are not eligible for loyalty stamps.
Only one stamp may be earned per visit, regardless of service duration beyond 60 minutes.
Loyalty stamps are not earned on discounted services, gift card purchases, or redeemed reward sessions.
Redeeming Rewards
Rewards may be redeemed only after the required number of stamps has been fully collected.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Rewards must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be split, transferred, or combined.
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless stated otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of payment to receive a stamp.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and previously earned stamps cannot be reissued.
Appointments & Cancellations
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of one session, subject to clinic policy.
Program Policy
Yonge Rehab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Loyalty Program.
General Use
Valid for selected services only. Additional services will be charged separately.
Advance booking and presentation of this card are required for each visit.
Sessions are deducted only after service completion.
Each package session must be used in a single visit and cannot be split.
Redemption & Value
Package sessions have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
